  We have been watching the economic news very carefully . . . on the heels of this mornings' CPI reported numbers, the market is indicating that the economy could struggle as inflation seems to persist.  This likely leaves little room for the Fed and Jerome Powell to cease the cycle of tightening in the near future.

At the IEPA we are committed to having our members understand the economic environment that impacts the value (and realization of that value) of our business owner clients' companies and helping to understand and navigate these changes.  Accordingly, we are moving the Business Owner Broadcast originally scheduled for June to July 19th at 2:00 ET when we hope to have some better visibility on the developing economic changes.  The July Business Owner Broadcast will feature a discussion with private equity investors who will speak to the market changes and the impact to company valuations.
