The Chamber welcomes its popular Breakfast Speaker Series of programs back in person on Tuesday, January 18th from 7:30-9:00am at Rothchild Catering & Conference Center.
Just announced: The upcoming Breakfast Speaker Series on January 18th will feature longtime journalist, news anchor and East Tennessee native, Alan Williams, who will moderate the 3-person panel discussing housing forecasts for Farragut/West Knox, as well as the economic impacts of the current state of the market and other issues.
Williams retired at the end of 2020 after an impressive 40+ year career in media, 33 of which he spent at WVLT. He was honored upon retirement by Bob Kesling, Phillip Fulmer, Mayor Glenn Jacobs, Mike Keith of the Tennessee Titans and others.
The focus of the moderated panel program, will be a focused forecast on the housing landscape for Farragut and beyond for 2022. After a volatile period of soaring prices, low inventory and a dearth of relocations to the area, many residents & employers want to know what EXACTLY is next for 2022 and 2023.
Panelists include:
--Nick McBride, Knox County Register of Deeds
--Hancen Sale, Government Affairs & Policy Director, Knox Area Association of Realtors (KAAR)
--John Cook, President of Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville (HBAGK) and President/Owner of Cook Bros. Homes
